If you are using Almagos Labs on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

- Circumvent platform security measures
- Upload malware or malicious code
- Disrupt or interfere with platform operations
- Use automated tools to abuse or overload the service
- Share private project content without authorization
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others
Access to Projects and Artifacts
Access to projects, documents, artifacts, and other resources is controlled by project administrators.
You may only access content for which you have been explicitly authorized.
You remain responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any content shared with you.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Almagos and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including its software, branding, design, documentation, and underlying technology.
Content uploaded by customers remains the property of its respective owners.
By uploading content, you grant Almagos a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the services.
Service Availability
We continuously improve Almagos Labs and may add, modify, or remove features at any time.
While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or third-party service interruptions may temporarily affect availability.
Beta and Experimental Features
Some functionality may be designated as beta, preview, or experimental.
Such features are provided on an "as is" basis, may change without notice, and may not be suitable for production workloads.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the platform, you acknowledge that your information will be processed in accordance with that policy.
Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:
- These Terms are violated
- Platform security is threatened
- Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for use of the platform during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of Almagos Labs after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Almagos operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
